*Kyoto Protocol is a name given to treaty signed in Japan in 1977 that is being considered and hotly debated for use in the United States by 2008 to 2012. The Kyoto Protocol is a plan to reduce Greenhouse gas emissions to 7 percent below what they were in 1990. The plan would significantly raise gas, electricity and energy prices. *School vouchers would give money that parents pay into public school taxes to the parent to help pay for their child to go to a private school. |
