Interview Agreement
The purpose of the Palo Alto College Oral History Project is to gather and preserve historical documents by means of the tape-recorded or videotaped interview. Tape recordings, video recordings, and transcripts resulting from such interviews become part of the archives of Palo Alto College Historical Society. This material will be made available for historical and other academic research to scholars and members of the family of the interviewee and may be posted on the Palo Alto College Oral History Project Web page and/or may be published in written form.
We, the undersigned, have read the above and voluntarily offer the Palo Alto College Historical Society full use of the information contained on tape recordings, video recordings, and in transcripts of these oral history research interviews. In view of the scholarly value of this research material, we hereby assign rights, title, and interest pertaining to it to the Palo Alto College Historical Society.
